Choosing a course, a career or a next job is hard to get right without good information. We help people understand their strengths, compare their options and turn their plans into action.

What Coaching Covers

  • Career direction: strengths, interests and the paths that suit them
  • Study choices: courses, qualifications and destinations, and the careers they lead to
  • Scholarships: finding suitable opportunities and writing strong applications
  • Job applications: CVs, applications and interview practice
  • Readiness for work: professional communication, workplace conduct and what employers expect
  • Career moves: development priorities, promotion, retraining or a change of field

Who We Work with

  • Parents and children planning education and careers together
  • Students and school leavers
  • Graduates and first-time job seekers
  • Working professionals and people changing careers
  • Schools and colleges, through career guidance and employability workshops
  • HR departments, through career development programmes for staff

Parent and Child Consultations

These sessions bring parents and children together to look at the child's interests and strengths, compare courses and study destinations, and consider scholarships and career prospects. We encourage open discussion so the young person owns the decision, with their parents informed and involved.

HR departments can book group sessions for graduate trainees or staff moving into new roles.
